Flipping things around a bit…
I’ve been taking Mondays off, but with a 35k+ race (about 22 miles) this Saturday, I’m switching things up just a bit. This morning, I ran 3 easy. I probably ’should’ have run 5 easy, but I was running low on time, so I figured 3 easy would have to do.
Tomorrow I’m thinking of throwing in some shorter than normal intervals. I’m thinking of something like 7 miles with 4-5 800’s thrown in.

What race is this?
Trevor – It’s the Swinging Bridge 35k. I’m just running it as a training run. It’s an offroad 35k, but the trails are pretty good so low risk of injury. It should be a good workout.
